Top of the mountain!

Today, my teacher said that we may have the chance to go to the top of Norway's highest mountain!

There is around 1000 people from the whole Norway will go there together..
From the place im staying (Gjøvik),
there is only 20 places for immigrants,
and 20 places for norwegians...
This trip is on 12th June - 13th June..
we go there on 12th, and sleep there for one night,
and i think the next day we will be going to the top of the mountain..

I think this will be a really great chance for me to try something new..
never been to the top of the mountain!
Im so excited now..
but there is only 20 places..
really hope that many people from my class can go..

So there is a infromation thing on 24th March..
don't really know what is that,
but we'll see..
i'll update here after i go to this.. =p

Galdhøpiggen

• the highest mountain in Norway and Scandinavia
• 2,469 m (8,100 ft) above sea level
• located within the municipality of Lom, (in Oppland)
• in the Jotunheimen mountain area
• Galdhøpiggen means 'the peak (piggen) of the mountain Galdhø'
